acudda is a service for dental clinics: it confirms their appointments over WhatsApp and gives the reception one screen to run the day. These terms apply to every clinic that uses it; the contract each clinic signs completes them and, where it says otherwise, the contract wins.

acudda asks each patient over WhatsApp whether they are coming to their appointment, collects the answer and shows it to the reception, together with the gaps left free and the waiting list. The clinic is the customer: a patient is not an acudda customer and never has to sign up.
The clinic agrees to load only patients it has a relationship with and a lawful basis to message about their appointments, to keep the data correct and to keep its staff's access safe. It is responsible for what is done with its account.
Messages are sent on the clinic's behalf and only about the appointment: the patient's first name, the clinic, the date and the time. acudda sends no advertising to patients. Delivery depends on WhatsApp, a Meta service, and is also subject to its terms.
With the clinic's Google account, acudda reads the calendars the clinic picks to create appointments from their events, and only changes an event's title to add “si” or “no” when the patient answers. It never creates, moves or deletes events. The clinic can disconnect the calendar at any time. Our use of Google data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, as the privacy policy explains.
The clinic is the data controller and acudda the processor: we process data only to provide the service and on the clinic's instructions, as the privacy policy and the data-processing agreement explain. We never sell or share data with anyone.
We work to keep acudda running at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or because of third-party services such as WhatsApp or Google. Features may change over time; if a change affects how the clinic works, we tell it beforehand.
acudda helps confirm appointments, but it does not replace the reception's judgement nor guarantee that a patient comes. We are not liable for missed appointments, nor for damage caused by failures of third-party services, except where the law does not allow it to be excluded.
The clinic can stop using acudda at any time, on the terms of its contract. At the end its calendars are disconnected and its patients deleted, except what the law requires us to keep. acudda may suspend an account used against these terms.
If we change these terms, we tell the clinics in advance and the date above changes. They are governed by Spanish law.
